Full Time Store Associate/Appraiser

We are searching for an individual with selling and buying experience. We buy and sell a wide variety of retail items; ranging from outdoor, home and electronic products to jewelry and antiques. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about buying and selling and ready to become an asset to our company.

Job Overview:

As an appraiser you will be buying and selling retail goods. When selling items, appraisers are responsible for helping guests navigate the store, answering questions and closing sales. When purchasing items, appraisers must conduct research to arrive at a current market price and an acceptable offer. Some of these research methods include: researching current market trends, comparing prices of competitors or other retailers, searching on ecommerce sites such as eBay or Amazon, contacting other team members and using provided materials in the shop. Appraisers must be able to negotiate the offer after their research and then document the details of the transactions on a computer.

Online Lister/Sales Associate

Part-Time (~20 hours)

The Online Sales & Operations department plays a key role in the product flow of Pawn Pro. In this entry-level position, the Team Member will be expected to perform any and all tasks assigned. It is the duty of the Online Lister to complete the data entry workload each day, as well as any shipping or receiving tasks in queue for that day. In addition to these core responsibilities there will be tasks assigned to be completed at any time throughout the day. The Online Lister/Sales Associate is key to efficiently and accurately representing the Pawn Pro name and promise across our sales channels.

Job Overview:

  • You must be able to focus and multi task for extended periods of time, while maintaining acute attention to detail, and efficiency
  • You must be comfortable both sitting and standing for extended periods of time
  • You must be able to overcome obstacles independently and develop solutions
  • You must be capable of navigating a computer/internet with accuracy and efficiency, have a basic knowledge of windows hotkeys and the ability to type more than 35 wpm with accuracy.
  • You must be able to lift and move 50lbs or more multiple times a day


Tasks for the day may include but are not limited to:

  • Photography, photo editing, file organization in a windows environment
  • Product research, product data analysis and entry, product revision, product storage, product maintenance, price auditing, product picking, packaging, postage printing, receiving returns
  • Warehouse maintenance, janitorial maintenance
  • Customer service, basic algebra and math skills, etc.

Product Processor

Job Overview:

As a product processor, your main duties are processing, refurbishing, and cleaning items. You are also responsible for any organizational, janitorial, or maintenance needs of the store. The Product Processor is a key component to our day-to-day operations and helps us represent the Pawn Pro Name.

Job Description:

As a Product Processor you will receive items for processing, cleaning, and refurnishing. The Product Processor is also responsible for cleaning the store. You will be asked to do a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Job Requirements:

You must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly, stay on your feet for most of your shift, and see well on monitors and phones.

You must be able to solve problems quickly and react to changing conditions on the job. You should be able to manage your time to perform all tasks asked of you each day.

You must be able to perform basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and cleaning floors, counters, and windows.


You will work your scheduled shift, arriving on time. You must adhere to the dress code. You will be responsible maintaining a professional and clean atmosphere within the shop. You will frequently clean the store or items in the store and lift items.
